arrive in a safe manner. Our goal has always been is client satisfaction
with excellent services and relations, even when it comes to shipping your
purchased products. In order to do this, we are committed to proper packaging
and processing based on years of knowledge. We know how to get it right! |

orders currently ship from our distribution center setup in Gainesville, Georgia.
We look towards expending our distribution centers into California as well
as New Hampshire in the near future to better accommodate our clients.
Please note that we are not set-up for in-warehouse pick-ups: All orders
must ship out via a carrier of our choice or delivered within our Gainesville
Coverage Area. |

Once
your purchase has been made online, most credit and debit card orders are
shipped the same day (depending on what time of day the order is received).
Mail or fax orders are shipped once payment is received unless an account
with Chastain Janitorial Supply has already been established on Net Terms.
All orders EXCEPT for hazardous and other large, bulky items, are shipped
via ground delivery 1 - 2 business days after they are placed on our website
through a carrier of our choice (Fedex, UPS, USPS, Airborne, ect.). Shipping
then takes between 1-3 business days. We ship your order based on inventory
levels at the time your order is processed.
Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, International/Overseas
addresses, Post Office Boxes, Private mail box location, or APO/FPO addresses.
To add, there are no deliveries sent for weekends.
Truck Orders:
Any order that is over 150 lbs will
be sent by truck line. They will only bring product curbside with inside
delivery costing extra. If the order must be split between UPS and truck
you must call with your order number or send us an e-mail. Truck order
will Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The freight company charges a
redelivery charge of $65.00 which is the responsibility of the customer
if the shipment must be redelivered. Also if the address is changed
after the order has left our dock, there could be a charge from $35.00
to $50.00.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based
on the actual weight, distance traveled and type of shipping service you
specify (ground, next day, second day, etc.) of each item. Items of differing
size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered
together. Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck.
There is a minimum $60 shipping fee for truck deliveries. Someone must
be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a
dock facility designed to receive freight. Twenty-four hour notification,
residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available for
an additional charge. Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees
will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States,
using a carrier of our choice. Any extra charges incurred for additional
services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier,
must be paid by the consignee. Items backordered from an order qualifying
for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of
loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. We will
gladly ship via your specified carrier however; we will not ship with certain
carriers due to poor experience.
Handling and Processing Fees:
At Chastain Janitorial Supply, we do
not charge a standard handling or processing fee.
Hazardous Item(s):
Carriers classify some items as hazardous
(for example, bleach or corrosive identified items). These items are subject
to an additional handling fee to guarantee safe delivery. Therefore, Chastain
Janitorial Supply does NOT ship Hazardous Material via standard carrier
and must ship it with a Common Carrier/LTL. Such orders ship within 5 business
days from when the order was placed. Delivery then will be approximately
3 to 5 business days once the ordered item has shipped. Bleach or ammonia
must be delivered by truck. For these items, a $65.00 delivery charge is
required. For any other item that cannot be shipped UPS we will notify
you via E-mail you or telephone of the shipping charges.
Free Shipping:
We offer FREE shipping on orders over
$169 that are also 65 lbs. or less. Orders must ship within the contiguous
United States. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment
on all orders that qualify for Free Shipping. This Free Shipping offer
is applicable to a subtotal of $169 after any discounts are applied. Orders
over $169 that are also over 65 lbs. are subject to the above standard
shipping rates. In order to offer the most economical shipping rates and
most reliable service, we proudly ship via both Fedex and UPS. All items
normally ship via Standard Ground Delivery unless otherwise noted. There
is no minimum order at Chastain Janitorial Supply.
At Chastain Janitorial Supply, we offer free shipping on orders that are
over $1,800.00. Orders must ship within the contiguous United States. Free
Shipping will not qualify for special orders or non stocking items. Orders
must be process on our website to qualify for this free service. We reserve
the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify
for free shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is placed, you will
receive an email with your ordering information, including tracking number(s).
Please ensure you give us a valid email address with purchasing.
Back Orders:
In the unlikely event that any item
in your order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder
of your order immediately and ship the balance as soon as it becomes available
with no additional shipping charges. For backordered items, please allow
up to 7-14 business days.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process
is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the
order for shipment. Please contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number and further shipping instructions. You are responsible
for the shipping costs incurred to return items to our warehouse. |
